2. Online Appointment Booking

Our online booking feature is provided to facilitate convenient consultation scheduling:

• Request Confirmation: Submitting an online appointment booking form represents a scheduling request. An appointment is considered officially confirmed only after clinic staff contacts you via phone, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm the specific date and time slot.
• Doctor Availability: While we make every effort to accommodate your preferred date and time, clinic schedules are subject to doctor availability and unexpected emergency clinical procedures.
• No Immediate Doctor-Patient Relationship: The submission of an online booking request or website query does not by itself establish a doctor-patient relationship until an in-person clinical examination takes place at one of our clinic branches.

All content published on this website—including educational descriptions of treatments (root canals, teeth whitening, clear aligners, braces, smile makeovers, dental implants, crowns, and cosmetic treatments)—is provided for informational and educational purposes only.

4. Clinic Hours & Operating Policies

Our clinics operate under the following standard schedules:

• Operating Hours: Monday through Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
• Weekly Closure: Both branches are closed on Tuesdays. Online booking requests submitted for Tuesdays will be scheduled for the following business day.
• Arrival Time: Patients are encouraged to arrive 10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete preliminary registration.

5. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

We respect your time and strive to maintain punctual appointments for all patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your visit:

• Please notify us at least 2 to 4 hours in advance by calling or messaging +91 80880 63142.
• This allows our medical team to allocate the open consultation slot to patients requiring urgent emergency dental care.
